Navigating life’s challenges can feel deeply isolating. When you are struggling with the weight of grief or trauma, an anxious mind that won’t shut off, or feeling disconnected from your partner, it often feels like the pain of it all will be for evermore.
I want you to know that you do not have to go through it alone.
At Evermore Compassion Counseling, I work alongside teens, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed by the weight of their struggles and are seeking a compassionate, safe, and grounded space to heal, reconnect, and step towards a warmer, more meaningful life.
I believe that therapy shouldn't feel clinical, robotic, or intimidating. As a licensed counselor in Texas, my goal is to offer a grounded, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care that balances deep processing with active skill-building. Whether in person or online, we will work at a speed that feels safe for you to unarm old survival strategies, tap into inner strengths you already possess, and build a personalized toolbox that fits your life.
I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) at the main foundation of my practice, along with EMDR and other cognitive and behavioral techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to tailor counseling specifically to your needs. For couples, I draw on Gottman Method tools to support you and your partner in rebuilding your connection.
Our work together is equal parts insight and application. First, we create space to safely unpack your story and understand what drives your symptoms. Then, we pivot to practical skill-building. You can count on walking away from counseling with a fresh perspective of your past and tangible techniques to regain control of your present.
Healing isn't about erasing your past, it’s about making sure it doesn't control your future. Schedule your free consultation to get started!

“Commitment isn’t about being perfect, always following through, or never going astray. Commitment means that when you (inevitably) stumble or get off track, you pick yourself up, find your bearings, and carry on in the direction you want to go.” - Russ Harris
